About These Terms

These terms apply when you use this website or ask Reborn Tech Global for a service. When you send a form or place a request, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Our contact details are in the footer of this page.

Our Services

We offer AI automation, website and app development, crypto and gift card exchange, software installation, system formatting and hardware maintenance. The descriptions on this website are a guide. We agree the exact work with you before we start.

Gadgets and laptop accessories are not on sale yet.

Prices and Booking

We do not show prices on this website. After you book or message us, we confirm the price and the details on WhatsApp or by email. A price is agreed only when we confirm it to you in writing, which includes a WhatsApp message or an email.

Payment, Timelines and Refunds

Payment for services. A part payment is made before any work begins. We confirm the amount of the part payment and the balance with you on WhatsApp or by email before we start, and we begin work once the part payment has been received. The balance is paid as agreed with you in writing.

Payment for crypto and gift card exchange. We pay you for what we receive. Once we confirm that the digital asset or gift card is valid and has reached us, we pay you for the amount received.

Timelines. Delivery times depend on the kind of work. We discuss and agree the timeline with you before work starts. Dates are estimates, and they can change if you are late giving us what we need.

Refunds. Payments are not refundable once they have been made. Each case is different. If we agree that a refund is due, it can take up to 72 hours before the money is returned to you.

Software, Formatting and Hardware Work

• Back up your data before you bring us your device. We are not responsible for lost data.
• Software must be licensed, or supplied by you.
• Hardware work covers the repair we agreed, and nothing more.
• We may decline work that we think is unsafe.

AI Automation and Development

• You provide the content and the access we need to do the work.
• Ownership of the final work passes to you when you have paid in full. Until then it stays with us.
• Third party platforms, such as WhatsApp, Google and hosting providers, have their own rules and costs. We do not control them.
• Revisions: two rounds of changes are included. Extra work is priced separately.

Crypto and Gift Card Exchange

• Rates change. We confirm the rate with you before every trade.
• You may trade only your own funds and your own cards.
• We may refuse or cancel any transaction that we suspect is fraud or is unlawful.
• We may ask you to verify your identity.
• We release payment after we confirm that the digital asset or gift card is valid.
• We do not pay for cards that are used or invalid.
• Digital assets carry risk, and their value can go up or down.
• We do not give investment advice.

Partnerships

We agree the terms of each partnership in writing. Sending the partner form does not create a partnership.

Limit of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that is indirect or that we could not reasonably have expected, including loss of data and loss of profit.

Our total responsibility for any one service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing Law

Nigerian law governs these terms. If we disagree, we will first try to settle it by talking.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
